Features
The shell is design as popular V shape with ventilation on top. It's more breathable and cooler in hot weather.
This V Gard hard hat can be assembled with 4 point or 6 point suspension. For the harness, we have 2 types of adjustment, ratchet and pin lock, ratchet can be adjusted by only one hand, pin lock will be more concise and economic.
This V Gard hard hat shape is heavy duty and smart. There is crimping gutter around the brim for water diversion. Plug-in earmuff and chin strap can be applied. Color can be customized. Usually we have red/ blue/ white/ green/ red color.

2.Q: What kind of material is used to make this helmet？
A: We usually use polyethylene (PE) or Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) to make the shell, because they have good impact resistance and electrical isolation performance. For the suspension, we usually use high-density polyethylene (HDPE), because it has high toughness.
