REOWO Cage Guided Control Valve is fluid pressure balanced type cage guided high performance Control Valve of large Cv value, and of excellent dynamic stability. It is suitable for heavy duty services. Only a small operation force can achieve stability control due to the balanced fluid pressure structure on plug. Features
The valve body of our Cage Guided Control Valve has a compact structure, and the fluid channel is S streamlined. The structure is provided with guide wings to improve the smooth flow of the fluid around the sleeve. The advantages are small pressure drop loss, large flow volume, adjustable, and high flow characteristic accuracy. The spool uses a pressure balance structure to control the high pressure difference condition through a small actuator thrust, which is used for fluid control in pipelines that require good dynamic stability, medium and low temperature, and medium and low pressure. Good sealing performance and large allowable pressure difference. Cage guide, large guide area, good stability, compact structure, can quickly replace internal parts online, repair, save manpower and time.
